Installers will provide their own written workmanship guarantee. This will outline a guarantee period, during which the installer will return and fix any faults resulting from faulty workmanship.

If the installer goes out of business during this period, the workmanship guarantee is worthless. This is where the insurance backed guarantee comes in, and takes over the guarantee period, providing an extra layer of financial protection.

To become an Accredited Installer, you must first complete our online application form. The online form will require some basic business information and can be completed in just a few minutes.

Providing all documentation requested has been received, we aim to provide you with an outcome of the accreditation within 5-7 working days.
