The accreditation process with Qualitymark was very straightforward and they were very helpful in getting me through. They require a reassuring amount of detail, meaning that I can be happy that they are not just accepting anyone onto their programme, but at the same time it’s not too onerous so that a small company with limited access to administrative staff, like my own, is not put off.
