I found the website to be plain speaking and informative. The application process was straightforward and was followed up by a telephone call for further info. I particularly appreciated being able to call a number and speak to someone directly for an immediate answer rather than having to email and wait. The application was processed very quickly and although Qualitymark had not been my first choice of IBG provider I am now very happy that we opted for them.

They require a reassuring amount of detail, meaning that I can be happy that they are not just accepting anyone onto their programme, but at the same time it’s not too onerous so that a small company with limited access to administrative staff, like my own, is not put off.
