Insurance backed guarantees for gas boilers provide financial protection to homeowners, in the event their installer ceases to trade and is unable to honour their written guarantee.
Qualitymark Protection supplies installers across the UK with insurance backed guarantees.
Installers will provide their own written workmanship guarantee. This will outline a guarantee period, during which the installer will return and fix any faults resulting from faulty workmanship.
If the installer goes out of business during this period, the workmanship guarantee is worthless. This is where the gas boilers insurance backed guarantee comes in, and takes over the guarantee period, providing an extra layer of financial protection.

Qualitymark have provided a very friendly, easy to navigate service since we joined back in late 2021. Clint has remained in contact since the start to ensure we are happy with the services and also give us a chance to proivde any feedback. The registration process itself is simple, quick and provides a nicely branded certificate to provide to our customers. A great company to work with!
“Really easy to use, very professional, and always on hand to help with any amendments in case an error is made. Highly recommended for insurance back guarantees.”

“Great service. Qualitymark help our small company provide better customer service. Now we offer extended warranty for our work. Thank you. All the best from Roof Done Right Ltd.”
The accreditation process with Qualitymark was very straightforward and they were very helpful in getting me through. They require a reassuring amount of detail, meaning that I can be happy that they are not just accepting anyone onto their programme, but at the same time it’s not too onerous so that a small company with limited access to administrative staff, like my own, is not put off.
Qualitymark has been an absolute pleasure to deal with and the service they offer is second to none, my customers are much happier knowing that they have the security (should anything happen to us) that the works they have paid for are still protected and insured. On top of this, I seem to be getting more success when quoting as the insurance back guarantee often sways them to use us rather than another company.
I strongly recommend!
“Qualitymark is great for ourselves from a business point of view. We switched over to them a year ago and wouldn’t go back elsewhere. It works perfect for what we need and want for our customers.”

So far, so good. Both Daniel & Sharon have been most helpful in coordinating us through the start-up process. Happy that there are no initial fees and you only pay for the insurance you want which is different from other providers I spoke to. I do not usually write reviews … However, Qualitymark have gone above and beyond my expectations, although my company ASK Energy Solutions Ltd is new on the market, I was met with outstanding professionalism and respect. The entire application process was handled in a polite manner, while also keeping fully efficient commination by keeping me updated the entire way. I have previously used QMP when working with another company and know their excellent customer service extends not only through the initial application but beyond.
Faultless service very clear information and service customers require.
I had a great registration experience with Qualitymark Protection. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, and they made the process easy and stress-free. Highly recommended!

“We have been using Qualitymark for a number of years and can certainly say the whole team are superb. Keep up the good work.”
Since we became affiliated with this company, I have always thought that what this company offers should be enforced by government. This would then force the incompetent companies into hiding, and allow only the good to show through. What this company offers, and the ease of which it can be applied to businesses and homeowners alike, is a complete peace of mind feeling.
Qualitymark Protection has helped us to offer a premium service to our clients, efficient, professional, and knowledgeable… a refreshing insurance experience.
