Scott Day appointed a Director of QURE Group Ltd

Qualitymark Protection Ltd confirms that its Managing Director, Scott Day, will be appointed to the board of QURE Group Ltd as a Director.
This appointment does not change the operation, independence, or purpose of QURE Group. QURE Group will continue to operate as a standalone company, with day-to-day management led by Head of Operations, Fiona Reeves, and delivered by the QURE Group team.

Qualitymark Protection is a leading provider of financial protection for the home-improvement sector, specialising in Insurance-Backed Guarantees (IBGs) and Deposit Protection Insurance. Our offering is available only to accredited installers who pass robust vetting for financial stability and workmanship competence.
IBGs provide homeowners with peace of mind that if an installer ceases trading, their deposit or guarantee remains protected. Qualitymark Protection has issued over one million policies across a wide range of home improvements including glazing, roofing, renewable technology, insulation, heating, and general home improvements.
QURE Group provides dispute resolution, claims-management, and mediation services to homeowners and installers in the home improvement, renewable energy, and construction sectors.
The services are complementary and together form a more complete end-to-end offering to the UK home improvement sector.
Independent
QURE Group remains a separate legal entity with its own management and operational independence.
Day-to-day operations continue to be led by Head of Operations, Fiona Reeves, who will remain responsible for running the business.
Scott Day’s role provides commercial oversight, supporting strategic alignment and helping the business to grow.
QURE Group is impartial. Its services provide fair mediation and resolution between homeowners, installers, lenders, and other stakeholders.
This structure enhances the long-term stability of QURE Group, providing the ability to invest in resources, talent and systems which will benefit all installers and homeowners.
