Press Release: Qualitymark Protection Appoint Scott Day as New Managing Director

Qualitymark Protection is delighted to announce the appointment of Scott Day as their new Managing Director.
Scott will take full responsibility for the leadership and development of Qualitymark Protection, playing a key role in the continued growth and success of the business. He will also be instrumental in the firm’s commitment to providing robust consumer protection and maintaining an outstanding reputation in the home improvement industry.
With an impressive career spanning over 18 years in regulated industries, Scott Day brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success in leadership, business development, marketing and operations. Prior to joining Qualitymark Protection, Scott served as Chief Operating Officer at Joslin Rhodes Financial Planning and PlanHappy Investment Management, where he was responsible for working with his senior leadership team, having complete responsibility for the day-to-day running of both businesses.
Commenting on his recent appointment, Scott said:
“When the opportunity arose to work with an organisation of the stature of Qualitymark Protection, I didn’t think twice. I’m really excited to take on the challenge and I’m passionate about ensuring that installers and consumers alike are aware of the protection and benefits of Insurance Backed Guarantees and Deposit Protection Insurance from an FCA-regulated entity provide. Insurance is where I started my career and it’s great to be back.
The team has been working exceptionally hard behind the scenes on our new and improved Registration Hub, which was launched last week. This will revitalise how we do business, making it even easier than ever for our Accredited Installers to register essential protection for their customers and I look forward to their feedback.
I’d like to thank Peter (Cropper) for his support in providing such a comprehensive handover during these first few months and wish him well in his future endeavours.”
